The Best Google Shopping Agencies, Compared Honestly
Search for a Google Shopping agency and the first result is Google itself, talking about its own new AI shopping assistant — nothing to do with hiring anyone. Past that, every real result is an agency telling you it is the best, or a press release naming a winner with no visible method. Nobody is actually comparing the options.
So here is the comparison I would want if I were the one hiring: eight agencies, organized around the things that actually decide whether a Shopping agency works out for you, with no scores and no sponsored placement. I did not put myself in the ranking below.
Disclosure: I run a competing business. That is exactly why I have kept myself out of the ranking below rather than quietly placing myself in it. Every agency here is assessed on published facts, and my own pitch is at the foot of the page where you can ignore it.

What actually decides whether a Google Shopping agency fits?
Shopping is a narrower problem than general PPC, and a narrower problem has narrower things that actually matter. These five are knowable before you book a call.
- Who touches the feed, and how often. Shopping performance is decided by product data — titles, categories, attributes, images — more than by bid strategy. Ask whether feed work is a named, recurring task or something that happens once at onboarding and is never revisited.
- Minimum spend. Several agencies here will not take an account under $5,000 a month. A brand spending $1,500 who signs with a shop built for six-figure accounts gets whoever is most junior and least busy.
- The fee model. A percentage of spend means the agency earns more when you spend more, on the one decision — whether to scale Shopping or hold it — where that conflict matters most. A flat retainer does not have the problem. Neither is automatically wrong, but you should know which one you signed.
- Whether Search and Shopping run as one operation or two. Several agencies here split service lines close to evenly between PPC and SEO, or add demand generation and CRM work on top. That can be a strength if you want one team for everything, or a tax if Shopping is your only real problem and you are paying for breadth you will not use.
- Who owns the Merchant Center and Ads accounts. If they are opened under the agency’s own manager accounts, leaving can mean leaving the product and conversion history behind. Smart Bidding runs on that history.
Ask one question before any other: “Who looks at my feed, and on what schedule?” A vague answer here predicts more about the engagement than the pitch deck does.
What do these eight agencies actually charge?
Ratings, review counts, minimums and team sizes all come from each agency’s Clutch profile, read 18 October 2026.

Logical Position
★ 4.5 / 5
2 reviews on Clutch
A client quote on Logical Position’s own site reads “our paid search and product listing campaigns crush it month after month” – product listing ads is the old name for Shopping, named directly by a client inside a 250-to-999-person generalist shop.

Quality 4.0 · Schedule 5.0 · Cost 4.5 · Willing to refer 4.0
What clients praise
“We appreciate their effort to help me rearrange several items on the website to drive traffic and profits.”
The criticism
No critical pattern published. With only 2 reviews, Clutch does not generate a feedback summary for them, so there is nothing to show here either way.
Right for Brands whose revenue is mostly Shopping rather than Search, who want an agency big enough that nothing stops when someone is away.
Wrong for Anyone who wants to know the name of the person in their account and speak to them directly.
SCUBE Marketing
★ 4.8 / 5
41 reviews on Clutch
Clutch’s own profile text leads with it: “ecommerce PPC and SEO for spec-driven catalogs”, built since 2009 around auto parts, marine, heavy equipment and industrial products where feed accuracy decides margin more than traffic volume.

What clients praise
“The results are a lot better than the previous marketing companies we used.”
The criticism
Challenges with Project Delays. While SCUBE Marketing generally delivers on time, there have been instances of project delays, particularly when transitioning or during initial campaign analyses.
Right for Retailers with thousands of SKUs in a parts or equipment category, where feed structure is most of the job.
Wrong for A small-catalog consumer brand, or anyone needing broad channel coverage beyond PPC and SEO.
JumpFly
★ 4.9 / 5

What clients praise
“They truly understand my company and tailor their strategy accordingly.”
The criticism
Limited SEO and Creative Services. Some clients noted that JumpFly’s focus on PPC means they don’t offer extensive SEO or creative services.
Right for Brands who want one long-running Google Ads partner and do not need Shopping treated as a separate specialty.
Wrong for A brand whose Shopping feed is the actual problem and wants a team that only does feed work.

Right for Brands who want PPC and SEO run by one team instead of coordinating two vendors.
Wrong for A single-channel Shopping problem, where paying for a 50/50 PPC-and-SEO split buys SEO work you may not need yet.

What clients praise
“They have a strong grasp of our niche, which isn’t easy to find in an agency.”
The criticism
Challenges with Initial Keyword Strategy. Some clients experienced initial challenges with keyword strategies not aligning with their business needs, though Intero Digital’s willingness to adjust is noted positively.
Right for Brands who want Shopping run alongside a genuinely SEO-first agency rather than a PPC shop that also offers SEO.
Wrong for A brand that wants PPC to be the main event. Here it is the smaller third of the business, and the hourly rate is not published.

Black Propeller
★ 4.8 / 5
81 reviews on Clutch
PPC-led with CRM work folded in – the only agency on this page that lists CRM Consulting and SI as a named service line.

Quality 4.7 · Schedule 4.8 · Cost 4.7 · Willing to refer 4.8
What clients praise
“The initial audit was thorough and insightful.”
The criticism
No aggregated critical theme, though the category page disagrees. Clutch’s own Review Highlights surface five themes across 81 reviews and none is critical. Clutch’s separate PPC category summary for the same agency says roughly a quarter of reviewers reported dissatisfaction with project execution. Both are true at once; read the individual reviews rather than the highlights alone.
Right for Brands who want ad performance tied into CRM data rather than treated as a separate system.
Wrong for Anyone who wants to skip reading individual reviews. The aggregated highlights here read more positive than Clutch’s own category summary does.
What should you ask on every call?
Everyone on this page will sound competent on a call. These are the questions where the answers actually differ, and where a vague answer is itself an answer.
- Who looks at my feed, and how often? Onboarding-only feed work and a recurring feed review are different products at the same retainer.
- Is the fee a percentage of spend or a flat retainer? If it is a percentage, ask what happens to their fee when they recommend holding spend instead of scaling it.
- Whose name are the Merchant Center and Ads accounts in? You want them in yours, with the agency granted access, not opened inside their own manager account.
- Do you run Search and Shopping as one strategy or two? Shopping and branded Search can compete for the same query. Ask how they keep the two from bidding against each other.
- What would disqualify my account? An agency with no minimum spend, no category they avoid, and no account they would turn down has not thought hard about who they are built for.
- Show me a feed you fixed that moved revenue. Not a dashboard screenshot — the actual before-and-after on the attributes that changed.
Ask for the name of whoever actually edits the feed, not the person running the pitch. If nobody can answer that in the first call, assume feed work is an afterthought there.
What if the problem is the feed, not the ads?
This is the part most Shopping-agency pages skip, because it argues against hiring one yet. Shopping performance is decided by the product data before it is decided by the bid, and a feed problem dressed up as a bidding problem wastes a month of management fees on the wrong layer.
Check your own feed before paying anyone to manage bids on top of it. The feed fixes that actually move Shopping revenue covers what to look at first, and what a Shopping agency should cost, and the feed-first test to run before you sign covers the buying side in more depth than fits on this page.
If your feed has disapproved products, thin titles, or missing GTINs, fixing that first is usually worth more than switching agencies. A good agency will tell you this on the first call instead of quoting you a retainer.
