What I Do

Every Channel,
One Operator

Paid media across every platform that earns its place, plus the SEO and Shopify work that decides what the ads are worth. All of it run by me, not handed to an account manager.

Google Ads

Stop paying for branded clicks you were already winning free, and move that budget to where it buys new customers.

  • Know which campaigns create demand and which just take credit for it
  • Bidding fed accurate data, so it stops spending confidently in the wrong direction
  • Budget moved weekly to whatever is actually earning
  • A report you can read in five minutes and act on

Meta Ads

Judged on the revenue your bank sees, not the ROAS Meta reports about itself.

  • Creative direction, because creative is what decides Meta
  • Losing ads cut before they drain the month’s budget
  • Tracking that survives iOS, so the numbers mean something
  • Scaled on blended return, not in-platform ROAS

Bing Ads

Usually the cheapest customer in the whole account, for about an hour a month.

  • Import what already works on Google instead of rebuilding it
  • A thinner auction, so the same click costs less
  • Older, higher-income buyers that some catalogues convert better
  • Honest scope: incremental volume, not a growth channel

Amazon PPC

Profit after Amazon’s fees, not a sales rank you cannot bank.

  • Spend judged against your margin, not ACOS in isolation
  • Harvest what converts, stop paying for what never will
  • Defend the listings competitors are conquesting
  • Told plainly when your margin makes Amazon the wrong channel

Search Engine Optimization

Rankings on the pages that sell, not blog traffic that never buys.

  • Collection pages built to rank, which is where the buying intent sits
  • The technical faults quietly capping the entire catalogue
  • Product copy that is not the manufacturer’s
  • Written to be quoted by AI answers, not just blue links

Shopify Web Development

A store that stops leaking the traffic you already paid for.

  • Speed work measured in orders, not Lighthouse points
  • Checkout and upsell changes where the money actually is
  • Apps removed that inject script into every page
  • Migrated without losing the rankings you have

How It Works

Three Steps,
No Mystery

The same sequence on every account, whatever level you start at.

01

Audit

I go through the accounts, the tracking and the site, and tell you what is actually wrong. You get the findings whether or not we work together.

02

Build

Restructure the campaigns, fix the tracking, and rebuild whatever is losing money. Most of the gain happens here.

03

Scale

Weekly optimisation, monthly reporting, and budget moved to whatever is working. No surprises between calls.

About

Hi, I’m
Greg Asuncion

I have been running paid media since 2017, first at an ecommerce agency and since 2019 on my own, for direct‑to‑consumer brands on Shopify. My biggest account at the agency was spending $500k a month on Google alone, and I maintained a 6X ROAS on that spend.

I started on Google Ads and added Meta, Amazon and Microsoft, because clients needed more without the hassle and added cost of hiring a team. Then conversion optimisation, because the landing page decides what the ads are actually worth. Where a job genuinely needs a specialist I bring one in, brief them and manage them, and you still only deal with me.

Today I own the strategy, the budget and the channel mix, not just the campaigns inside one ad account. Most consultants hand over a plan and leave you to run it. I write the plan and then run it, which is the same job I did for a brand I owned myself.

Operator Experience

Before Consulting,
I Built and Sold One

Most people selling paid media have only ever spent someone else’s budget. I co-founded ModernReform, a high‑ticket direct‑to‑consumer fitness equipment brand, ran its entire marketing function, and sold the business in 2024.

I was the co-founder responsible for marketing: the website, the branding, the ad accounts, and sourcing the vendors behind the product line. My co-founder ran operations. We took it to $2.5 million in annual sales in 2021 and exited through Flippa in 2024 for a seven-figure sum.

That is the experience behind the Fractional CMO tier. Running a channel and owning a marketing function are different jobs, and I have done the second one with my own money at stake.

The Lifeguard Store

Scaled monthly spend from $1,500 to $14,600 while holding a 17.5x return across two years. The return fell from 22.6x to 14.5x as spend nearly doubled — the normal cost of scaling, and worth saying out loud.

Fit

Who This Is
And Isn’t For

Worth being direct about, so neither of us wastes a call.

A good fit if

  • You sell direct to consumers, usually on Shopify
  • You are spending at least $5,000 a month on ads
  • You want one person accountable, not a team you never meet
  • You want a hands‑off engagement, giving final approval before execution
  • You want to hear what is not working, not a report that smooths it over

Probably not if

  • You are spending under $5,000 a month, where my fee stops making sense
  • You want someone to execute a plan you have already written
  • You need a full creative and production team
  • You are looking for the cheapest option rather than the most profitable

FAQ

Questions You
Are Probably Asking

If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

What does it cost?

Channel Management starts at $1,500 a month, Growth Partner is $4,000, and Fractional CMO starts at $7,000. Full detail is in the pricing section above.

What is the minimum ad spend?

$5,000 a month for Channel Management, $10,000 for Growth Partner, $20,000 for Fractional CMO. Below those, my fee is too large a share of your budget to make sense.

How long is the commitment?

Three months on Growth Partner, then month to month with 30 days notice. Six months on the other two, because there is more to unpick at the start and more to own at the top.

Do I own my ad accounts?

Always. Every account, pixel, analytics property and asset is yours, set up under your billing. If we stop working together you keep all of it and nothing needs migrating.

Who actually does the work?

Me. There is no account manager, no junior, and nobody you have not met. Where a job needs a specialist, I bring one in, brief them and manage them, and you see what they charge.

What happens in the first month?

A full audit of accounts, tracking and site, then a rebuild of whatever is losing money. You get the findings in writing before anything changes.

What is not included in the fee?

Ad spend, which you pay directly to the platforms, and production costs like creative, development or software, which are billed to you at cost with receipts. My fee covers my time and judgement.

What if it does not work?

Sometimes it does not, and usually for a reason the ads cannot fix on their own: margins too thin to buy traffic profitably, a product nobody repurchases, or a site that loses people at the checkout. The audit in month one exists to find that early. If I think paid media is not the answer for your business, I will tell you rather than keep invoicing you while we find out slowly — and if the problem is something I got wrong, I fix it at my cost, not yours. You will know either way, because the baseline is set before I touch anything and the reporting is monthly.
