Different trade, same job.

“Before Greg we were averaging around $2k a month, and now we are consistently hitting around $60k a month. During the fourth quarter that same year we even broke $100,000. So if you are looking to really turn your business around, or just take it to the next level, do not make the same mistake I did — listen to Greg early on. Greg, thank you so much!”

One Manager, Every Channel

The Five Things
I Actually Do

Google Ads, web design, local SEO, branding and social. Pick the one you came for. They are built to work together, and I run all of them myself.

PPC

Switch It On The Week Demand Starts

Search rankings take months to earn. Ads take days. When the first warm weekend of the year fills every inbox in your county, this is the only channel you can turn up that same morning.

  • The account is opened in your name, not mine
  • Built around your services and the towns you cover
  • Negative keywords from day one, so you do not pay for the wrong searches
  • Calls and forms tracked back to the search that caused them

Web Design

Landscaping Sites I Have Designed

Real pages, not pictures of pages. Click any of them and the live site opens. Eleven looks, built on your own domain, live in seven days and yours to keep whatever happens next.

  • Live in seven days
  • Opened in your name, and you own all of it
  • No monthly fee, and the hosting stays yours
  • Eleven designs to choose from, not one template

Local SEO

Found In Every Town You Drive To

Ads stop the day you stop paying for them. This is the half that keeps working: the map, your Google Business Profile, and a page for every town on your route, so you are the local answer in all of them and not only the one you are based in.

  • Your Google Business Profile, set up properly
  • A page for each town you cover
  • Reviews asked for on a schedule, not when you remember
  • The plumbing Google checks quietly, done once and done right

Logo and Branding

No Logo Yet? Start From Nothing

All you need is a domain name and an idea of how you want it to look. You pick from real options, not a brief and a wait. Fourteen marks below, all built the same way.

  • You describe it, in your own words
  • You send examples of what you like
  • You pick from real options, drawn properly
  • The mark carries across the truck, the shirts and the yard signs

Social Media

You Already Make The Content

You finish something worth looking at most days of the week, and it dies in your camera roll. You are on a mower, not writing captions. Three reasons to post: the reveal, the offer, and the one that teaches.

  • Posts built from your own jobs, in your own branding
  • A schedule you do not have to think about
  • Your Google Business Profile posted to as well
  • Replies handled, or handed straight to your phone

Get Started

Tell Me About
The Business

Takes two minutes. I read every one myself and come back within a day with what I would do first, whether or not you hire me for any of it.

The Process

What Happens
After You Ask

No long onboarding and no disappearing act once the invoice clears. This is the whole thing, from the first email to the monthly report.

Step 01

A Free Audit, Not A Pitch

Tell me what you do, the towns you cover, and where the calls come from now. I look at the site, the map listing and what the companies beating you are doing, then tell you what I found. No charge and nothing owed.

Step 02

A Plan Built For Your Towns

You get it in writing: what I would change, in what order, and what it costs. No packages. If ads are the only thing you need, that is what I will say. If the site is what is holding you back, I will say that instead.

Step 03

I Build It, You Quote Jobs

I run the build, the ads, the listings and the posting. You stay on the tools. Every month you get a plain report: what moved, what it cost and what is next.

FAQ

Questions Before
You Commit

If yours is not here, ask it.

Do I actually own the website?
Yes. The domain, the hosting and the site itself are all in your name. If you decide to move it somewhere else, or hire somebody else to work on it, nothing is locked and nothing needs my permission.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. It is built on WordPress, which is what roughly four in ten websites run on, so any web person can work on it. I will show you how to change text, swap photos and add to the gallery. Most owners handle their own gallery after that.
What if I already have a website?
Then we either rebuild it or leave it alone, and I will tell you honestly which. If your current site works and just looks dated, sometimes the money is better spent getting you found than starting over.
What is not included?
Writing all your copy from scratch, professional photography, and any ongoing advertising. I will work with the photos and service list you already have. If you want the words written for you, say so up front and we will sort it out before anything starts.
How long does it take?
Seven days for the one page site. The clock starts the day you send me your photos and your list of services. The part that usually holds it up is the photos, so gather those first.
What are the payment terms?
Half to start, half when the site goes live. If you are not happy with what I have built, you do not pay the second half. You are never handing a stranger the whole amount up front and hoping.
Why am I dealing with you and not an account manager?
Because there is nobody between you and the person building it. No account manager, no project manager, no sales commission — you are paying for the build, not for an office. The other half of it is scope: this is a five page site for a landscaping company, not a custom build with a discovery phase. I have built this shape of site many times, so it does not take me the weeks it takes somebody starting from blank.
